The kitchen in this home brought out the true beauty of this sprawling ranch. Upon removing the tile floor in the kitchen, we were able to find old style hardwood that matched the 75 yr old living room and tied them together seamlessly. We were able to remove and save some of the kitchen cabinets to save on the budget and bring in a contrasting color to bring together the slate backsplash with the countertops. A custom hardwood butcher block island counter finished off this incredible transformation.

The tile for this home was a porcelain tile that brought out the colors of the current trim and countertops. We installed this tile to carry into the main and master bath. We were able to complete this in a timely manner to allow the customer to enjoy these floors sooner then later.

A heated tile floor can be expensive, but once you try it, you will know why you picked it. When adding heat to the tile floor, make sure that you think about where you will use it most. To cut down on cost, keep it in the high traffic areas. It may mean the difference between having the heated floor in the budget and cutting it out all together.
