Completed this 2700 square foot custom home on a 1 acre lot in Brighton. No options left out of this 1st floor master, 4 bedroom home. It has granite counters throughout, Brazilian hardwood on whole first floor, first floor laundry, jetted tub in master with all tile floors and walls, 9 foot basement walls with the energy sealing insulation package.

When the family grows, often times more space is needed. By finishing off this basement, the family was able to give the little ones a place to play and the adults a place to get away as well.
Sterling Heights Finished Basement

When we finished a basement, we use our energy expertise to increase conformability in the whole home. We were able to cut down excessive air flow though air sealing the walls before drywall.
