The kitchen in this home brought out the true beauty of this sprawling ranch. Upon removing the tile floor in the kitchen, we were able to find old style hardwood that matched the 75 yr old living room and tied them together seamlessly. We were able to remove and save some of the kitchen cabinets to save on the budget and bring in a contrasting color to bring together the slate backsplash with the countertops. A custom hardwood butcher block island counter finished off this incredible transformation.

By doubling the size of their home, this family will be able to grow in this home without feeling cramped. We added built-ins in the great room that will house books, games, and toys. The master suite is spacious and with the master bath, it feels like a retreat in your own home. To add character to the front of the home, we added a covered porch. The French door that will lead to a future deck will get their use enjoying the summer time. The space, master suite, and formal dining room give this home a much needed upgrade.

We put on a master suite addition that allowed for 2 full baths and walk in closets. This property was not on the market long and stood out as a quality product a new homeowner would love to have.

This room off the existing great room gave this homeowner a place to enjoy the outdoors without having to be outside. With the full wall windows, it allows for a great breeze in the summer and great light in the spring and fall. Finished out in knotty cedar and oversized tile, it feels like you are at the lake house in the middle of the city.
Egress Window

Egress windows are made to allow for finished space below grade. Any basement that will be used for anything more than storage must have one. It allows an escape during a fire. We use top quality products that will stand up to the sub-grade conditions. This project is best to do before finishing that basement.
