This former 3 car garage was converted to 3.5 car garage with spacious mud room and finished bonus room. The mud room was complete with built in lockers, cubbies, and doggie bath. The garage floor was coated with industrial epoxy made for anything that a Michigan winter can throw at it. The walls were covered in custom storage racks made to fit. The bonus room above the garage was complete with all the finishes of the home. This is a space the whole family will enjoy.

1200 sq ft addition

By doubling the size of their home, this family will be able to grow in this home without feeling cramped. We added built-ins in the great room that will house books, games, and toys. The master suite is spacious and with the master bath, it feels like a retreat in your own home. To add character to the front of the home, we added a covered porch. The French door that will lead to a future deck will get their use enjoying the summer time. The space, master suite, and formal dining room give this home a much needed upgrade.

Livonia Addition

This room off the existing great room gave this homeowner a place to enjoy the outdoors without having to be outside. With the full wall windows, it allows for a great breeze in the summer and great light in the spring and fall. Finished out in knotty cedar and oversized tile, it feels like you are at the lake house in the middle of the city.
Egress Window

Egress windows are made to allow for finished space below grade. Any basement that will be used for anything more than storage must have one. It allows an escape during a fire. We use top quality products that will stand up to the sub-grade conditions. This project is best to do before finishing that basement.
